Needs analysis

We discuss departments, headcount, laundry infrastructure and budget. The right fabric is chosen in this conversation.

Sample and approval

A sample is produced from the chosen cloth and cut, trialled on a size set, and corrections are applied.

Branding

Logo, name and department code are positioned as embroidery or print, then approved digitally.

Production

Production matched to the approved sample. Every lot is recorded through cutting, sewing and final inspection.

Delivery and repeat

Your size distribution stays on file. A single-line repeat order covers each new hire.

Before you request a quote

What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for individual purchases — you may order a single piece. For corporate custom production (your colour, your logo, a bespoke cut) the minimum is 50 units.
What is the lead time?
Stocked items ship in 3–5 working days. Configured items take 12 working days, and corporate custom production runs 21 working days from sample approval.
How is branding applied?
We offer embroidery and transfer print. Embroidery lasts better on hospital textiles washed at high temperature; print is preferred on fine fabrics and multi-colour marks. You can choose a position and upload your file in the configurator.
How do you guarantee colour consistency?
Each corporate client’s colour code and dye recipe is recorded. Repeat orders use the same recipe and are compared against a reference swatch before dispatch.
Can we see a sample?
Yes. A fabric card is sent free of charge during the corporate quotation process, and one sample garment is produced from the approved cut.
